ANAC Brazil STC for 5-blade MTV-27 on Airtractor AT-602 and AT-802

MT-Propeller received the ANAC Brazil STCs 2026S04-04 and 2026S04-05 for the installation of the 5-blade MTV-27 propeller on the Airtractor Models AT-602 and AT-802 / AT-802A powered by the Pratt & Whitney Canada propeller turbines PT6A-65 Series and PT6A-67 Series (AT-802) and PT6A-45 or PT6A-60 or PT6A-65 Series (AT-602).

This installation is already certified by EASA and FAA and, for the AT-802(A), by TCCA Canada.

FAA STC for 7-blade MTV-37 on Piper PA46-600TP and PA46-701TP

MT-Propeller received the FAA STC SA12438IB for the installation of the Silent 7 - 7-blade MTV-37 propeller on the Piper PA46-600TP and Piper 46-701TP powered by the Pratt & Whitney Canada propeller turbines PT6A-42A in PA-46-600TP and PT6A-52 in PA-46-701TP

This installation is already supplemental type certified by EASA STC 10089486.

The installation of the 7-blade MTV-37 on the Piper PA46-600TP and Piper 46-701TP provides a shorter take-off distance by approx. -10%, an enhanced climb performance by approx. 5% and an increased cruise performance by 2-3KTAS.
It also complies with the strict German noise regulations 2010 - „Landeplatz Lärmschutz Verordnung“ for unrestricted airport operations in Germany and other European Countries

FAA STC for Mooney M20() and 3-blade MT-Propeller

MT-Propeller received the FAA STC SA12421IB for the installation of the 3-blade MTV-12-B/180-59( ) propeller on the Mooney M20A, M20B, M20C, M20D powered by Lycoming O-360-( ) engines.

The 3-blade MTV-12 on the Mooney M20() has up to 7kg less weight than the orignal propeller, an unlimited blade life and an unbeatable esthetic ramp appeal.

MT-Propeller was founded in 1980 by Gerd Muehlbauer, who had already 20 years of experience in propeller development and service at this time. He started his new own company on January 2nd 1981 at the Airport Straubing-Wallmuehle (EDMS) in Germany with 6 employees in a small, one-storey airport owned building.
