PC-12 Silent 7 Propeller - Now with improved certified take-off performance
The popular 7-bladed MTV-47 MT-Propeller "The Silent 7" is now approved for even shorter take-off distances to further increase the operational capability of the PC-12, through EASA STC 10014953 R6 and FAA STC SA02742NY.
An AFMS with details on the take-off performance is available from MT-Propeller.
- Further advantages of installing the Silent 7 on the PC-12 Series:
- no engine modifications necessary; c
- ertified ground roll distance reduced by approximately 10%;
- certified take-off distance over a 50 ft obstacle reduced by approximately 15%;
- improved climb performance;
- aircraft noise level up to 4 dB(A) less than with the original metal propeller.
